摘要: A routine method has been developed and tested in the laboratory for automatic reading of HLA typing screening antibodies with microlymphocytotoxicity test. The assay is more sensitive than NIH technique, rapid, produces objective results, can be easily linked up existing manual procedures. Multipurpose machines are now commercially available.
