摘要: We report a case of intraductal papillary mucinous tumor the pancreas (IPMT) degenerated and fistulized into stomach, duodenum colon. Diagnoses malignancy fistulization were proven preoperatively. Pancreaticoduodenectomy extended to body was performed. Pathological examination revealed malignant IPMT with an invasive component. Of 3 fistulizations tracts, both gastric duodenal ones malignant. To our knowledge, this is first reported colonic fistulization. Twelve months later, patient alive without signs recurrence.
