摘要: Rapid and small size analytical methods of extractable lipid carbon in sediments are presented by applying a thin-layer chromatography/flame ionization detection system (TLC/FID analyzer, Iatroscan TH-10), using silica-coated Chromarod without development. A minimum 60 samples total can be analyzed 10 min.
