摘要: In rats fed for 2 weeks on a 10% casein diet suaolemented with 5% leucine, the hepatic NAD content was lowered when comparing control pair-fed diet. The glycohydrolase [EC 3.2.2.5] activity increased by 25% in leucine-supplemented diet-fed and 40% nicotinic acid-free rats. non-protein freely 1 week elevated 60% compared to 18% former animals significantly lower than that latter. 70% caused changes neither nor activity. These results indicated an inverse relationship between
