摘要: Self-supporting membranes containing either isolated or organized arrays of nanosized pores have been prepared using a nonlithographic approach by coupling sol−gel processing, thin film preparation, and templating. Specifically, polystyrene latex spheres were doped into hybrid sol from tetraethoxysilane dimethyldiethoxysilane the resultant spin cast on sacrificial support. Upon removal template support, self-supporting nanopore transferred to glass for characterization atomic force microscopy scanning electron microscopy. Through variations in thickness size spheres, geometry (cylinder-like asymmetric-like) dimensions nanopores altered.
