摘要: Abstract WO 3 plate-like array film was grown on the FTO electrodes by a simple hydrothermal method. In order to change microstructures of films, as-grown films were further post-heat treated in air and H 2 , respectively. The photoresponse characteristics as-prepared are investigated gas phase, explain slow decay photocurrent electron trapping effect is proposed. We found that both phase structures oxygen vacancies had great influences films. For three decreased significantly with distortion octahedra which building blocks various crystal decreasing vacancy concentration. untreated-WO shows 2.5 times higher intensity than hydrogen-treated 17 air-treated . experimental results revealed influence structure photoelectric performance far greater vacancy. also exhibited excellent infrared property, 20 pristine This attributed existing large number yielding extended energy states often formed continuum extending overlapping conduction band (CB) edge.
