摘要: The mass flux and the related visibility distributions associated with blowing snow above covers different hardness are estimated based on experimental observational results structure. difference in between loose semihard is large under weak to moderate wind conditions it becomes small as speed increases. Traffic accidents traffic jams sometimes caused by drifts poor snowy regions. In order overcome disasters, information systems meteorological observations monitoring becoming popular. Japanese National Research Institute for Earth Sciences Disaster Prevention conducting a project predict such avalanche, snow, accretion roads test area. Weather forecast, including fall well metamorphism forecast will be incorporated into disaster prediction scheme. present study part of project.
