摘要: We are reporting a rare case of acute liver injury that developed after an internal hemorrhoid treatment with the aluminum potassium sulfate and tannic acid (ALTA) regimen. A 41-year-old man fever undergoing submucosal injection ALTA lidocaine. The was classified clinically as hepatocellular pathologically cholestastic. could not classify mechanism injury. High eosinophil immunoglobulin E levels characterized injury, drug lymphocyte stimulation test negative on postoperative day 25. Fluid replacement for two weeks hospitalization improved therapy involves injecting chemicals into submucosa, from rectum to anus, this is first description severe disorder treatment; hence, analysis future cases they accumulate desirable.
