摘要: Cardiolipin (CL) is a phospholipid localized in the mitochondria, which essential for mitochondrial structure and function. Human cardiolipin synthase 1 (CRLS1) important regulating phosphatidylglycerol (PG) remodeling CL biosynthesis. However, expression distinct prognostic value of CRLS1 neoplasms, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), not well established. In present study, mRNA was investigated using Oncomine analysis assessed Kaplan-Meier plotter database patients with NSCLC. The results analyses indicated that lower, compared normal tissues. Notably, high found to be associated improved overall survival (OS) all NSCLC adenocarcinoma (Ade). this observed squamous carcinoma (SCC). also demonstrated an association between clinicopathological parameters NSCLC, sex, smoking status, tumor grade, clinical stage, lymph node status chemotherapy. These prognosis particularly at early stage (T1N1M0). addition, it revealed co-expressed well-known genes metabolism Gene Ontology term enrichment analysis. Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway showed tumor-related mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways were enriched CRLS1-co-expression genes. study suggested may novel suppressor involved lipid seleno-amino acid microenvironment, suppressing MAPK during tumorigenesis development. Comprehensive evaluation expression, potential mechanism likely promote understanding complexity molecular biology
