摘要: The present study explores the physicochemical aspects needed for appropriate in vitro synthesis and surface modification behavior of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) presence amino acids (AA). AAs replace citrate (Cit) from citrate-coated AuNPs (Cit-AuNPs) depending upon their structural variations at different pH values. This is further supported by molecular simulation studies, which we have measured effectiveness replacing Cit (Au) surface. Within limitations approach, results indicate that cysteine (Cys) most effective Cit, arginine (Arg) least effective, with glutamic acid (Glu) being intermediate. UV-vis FT-IR studies are employed to monitor simultaneous interactions AA coated over a range values 3.5 11. characterized XRD TEM studies. Cysteine (Cys-AuNPs) show remarkable responsive as compared Glu Arg (Glu-AuNPs/Arg-AuNPs). Moreover, all little hemolysis Arg-AuNPs having hemolytic effect. Thus, considered be best vehicle drug release other biomedical applications.
