摘要: Molecular imaging has become a very popular term in medicine and can be interpreted many different ways. It is argued that correct definition should ‘in vivo of biological processes with appropriate molecular probes’. The real challenge therefore the search for ‘optimal’ probes. discussed nuclear, optical magnetic probes used. However, only PET have high sensitivity to applied generally. To develop efficiently, methods vitro characterization are alternatives compared. Some open questions respect reliability animal evaluation data will elucidated.
