摘要: The modifications of microwave slot transmission lines formed on the (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ferroelectric films were investigated to realize high quality factor millimeter-wavelength devices tunable by low bias voltages. narrow inner electrodes inserted a line form novel type lines, which was called multislot (MSL).
