摘要: The modifications of microwave slot transmission lines formed on the (Ba,Sr)TiO3 ferroelectric films were investigated to realize high quality factor millimeter-wavelength devices tunable by low bias voltages. narrow inner electrodes inserted a line form novel type lines, which was called multislot (MSL). MSL short-circuited and resonators tested at frequency ∼30 GHz. phase shifter merit evaluated higher than 100 degree/dB voltage lower V. comparatively factors shifters evidence real prospects topology approach development such as band-pass filters electronically steerable antennas.
