摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter presents examples from recent literature to highlight progress in the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) study of biological materials. Emphasize has been on need for a careful choice experimental procedure and/or instrumental design. Applications molecular structure determinations are particularly plentiful and have considered chapter. Particularly important ones those experiments that provide internuclear distances at Angstrom level resolution molecules solution, as there is certainly complement solid-state structural data obtained by X-ray crystallography. Many processes triggered interaction ions small with macromolecules; these studies discussed this C Spin-lattice relaxation times providing information about mobility sequential motion, thus increasing knowledge behavior macromolecules do not rigid frameworks molecules. The other types NMR can also investigate describes work intact tissues.
