摘要: The existence of an effective means citizen participation within public service decision-making forums will be one the biggest challenges for mangers in 2010. establishment systems which bring representatives into polity can provide unique opportunities inputs-one such system is school governing body, made up citizen, professional and political representatives. This article reports on investigation governance schools. It finds that while bodies opportunity participation, citizens are not actively involved governance. A number measures recommended may assist enhancing role.
