摘要: Using SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, the antibody spectrum of rabbits infected with Trypanosoma evansi to homologous T. antigens was monitored. Animals that developed parasitaemia later or had lower levels as infection progressed were considered have a degree resistance infection. Sera these resistant animals recognised earlier subsequently identified more than their susceptible counterparts. The patent higher parasite counts progressed, sera fewer components labelled during course These observations demonstrate clear differences between in response infections. Selection evansi-tolerant on an individual basis may be possible has been suggested for other trypanosome species.
