摘要: The incidence of nutritional deficiencies in hospitalized patients is often high [20, 21, 62, 90] but the indications for instituting support are both controversial and difficult to define. In general, requiring nutrition fall into three groups. first group comprises with preexisting weight loss, a low plasma albumin level, muscle wasting, peripheral edema. Patients second present no overt malnutrition have dietary history reduced intake 2–4 weeks preceding admission. Finally, there normal status whose underlying pathology results if withheld. These aspects discussed detail elsewhere [115].
