摘要: Five liquid media were tested for their ability to promote filamentation in Candida albicans. Three isolates, including one atypical variant, all developed mycelium the early stages of growth. The proportion produced was highest complex with slightly alkaline pH values (7·5 8·6). time at which mycelial development reached a peak and gave way production budding yeast cells directly proportional minimum doubling C. albicans each medium. principal effect medium initially induce greater or lesser number blastospores.
