摘要: We study the keyhole geometry as a function of main operating parameters such welding speed, laser incident intensity, or sample material. This model is based on drilling velocity whose combination with causes inclination front wall (FKW). shown to be stationary and stable all along FKW. The penetration depth results from product this characteristic time defined beam diameter divided by speed. By using ray-tracing procedure, dynamics complete can determined taking into account multiple reflections inside description closure process rear (RKW). show that RKW cannot its surface only an adequate intensity distribution make it stationary. interest elongated focal spots twin then demonstrated. At high inclined composed several layers resulting successive reflections. fluctuates around apparent equilibrium, corresponding fluctuations occur at maximum depth.
