摘要: IPCC showed that calculation of climate vulnerability index requires standardization process various proxy variables for the estimation exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity. In this study, four different methodologies methods: Z-score, Rescaling, Ranking, Distance to reference country, are employed evaluate vulnerabilityVRI (Vulnerability-Resilience Indicator) over Korean peninsula, error ranges VRI, arising from employing estimated. All provided by CCGIS (Climate Change adaptation toolkit based on GIS) which hosts information both past current socio-economic data environmental SRES (A2, B1, A1B, A1T, A1FI, A1 scenarios) decades 2000s, 2020s, 2050s, 2100s. The results Z-score Rescaling methods statistically undistinguishable with minor differences spatial distribution, while Ranking country some possibility lead ranking VRI among South provinces, depending local characteristics province. resultant VRIs calculated Cronbach's alpha more than 0.84, indicating all were overall consistent. Similar horizontal distributions shown same trends: increases as province is close coastal region and/or it toward lower latitude, decreases urbanization area. Other discussed in study.
