Analytical calculation of the I - V characteristics of SQUIDs with parasitic elements

摘要: An approximate analytical calculation of the current - voltage characteristics SQUIDs with parasitic capacitances and inductances is presented. The treatment I V curves based on approximation harmonic signals. For bias currents (critical SQUID) approximated numerically calculated are in very good agreement. From we have derived formulae for three voltages, where there no flux modulation at characteristic. comparison experimental shows that equation upper point without suitable calculating parameters such as elements.
