摘要: Background When we perform a breast augmentation through the inframammary fold (IMF) approach, incision placement at new IMF is key element of planning process. In majority previously published methods, was planned based on nipple-areola complex (NAC) position. However, these methods can lead to asymmetry in if NAC not symmetrical. Methods We present flap excision method for correction asymmetries and IMF. The position marked ICE technique. have redesigned higher side same height as lower side. And then removed amount skin soft tissue, which corresponded difference between 2 dissected submuscular pocket than usual cases, making it easier move tissue downward. Results This performed 21 patients, with an average follow-up time 6 months (range, 2-9 months). ranged from 3 15 mm maintained throughout period. downward positioning symmetry were observed. Almost all patients showed improvement or complete resolution their nipple asymmetry. Conclusion corrected without additional scars. should be strongly considered undergoing primary procedure mild
