摘要: Given the increased vulnerability to, and rise in reports of, sexual violence post-disaster situations this article seeks to explore role of self-defense programmes as a response addressing against women girls. It draws on authors’ experience post-earthquake Nepal 2015. We argue that training can play crucial challenging normative gender roles, raising confidence self-esteem girls during post disaster, call for further research take place at local level important issue further.
