摘要: Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury is an inevitable consequence during liver surgery. The outcome particularly poor in cirrhotic livers, which are more prone to hepatic injury. We aim study whether FTY720 could attenuate both normal and livers. applied a 70% liver-ischemia (60 min) model rats with or was given 20 min before ischemia 10 reperfusion (1 mg/kg, i.v.). Liver tissues blood were sampled at min, 60 90 6 h 24 after for detection of MAPK-Egr-1, Akt pathways caspase cascade. ultrastructure apoptosis also compared. significantly improved function the pathway activated reperfusion. down-regulated Egr-1, ET-1, iNOS MIP-2 accompanied up-regulation A20, IL-10, HO-1 Hsp70. MAPK (Raf-MEK-Erk) down-regulated. well maintained fewer apoptotic cells found groups. In conclusion, attenuates livers by activation cell survival signaling down-regulation Egr-1 via Raf-MEK-Erk pathway.
