摘要: The residues of tea factory and waste hardboards are generally incinerated without utilizing their heat performances. first objective this study was to manufacture cement bonded particleboard using (Camellia sinenses L.) hardboards. second evaluate modulus rupture (MOR), elasticity (MOE), internal bonding strength (IB), water absorption (WA) thickness swelling (TS) properties the boards produced. were produced at two density levels 800 1200 kg/m3 five lignocellulosic mixture ratios poplar chips/hardboards/tea (1/0/0; 1/1/0; 1/0/1; 0/1/0; 0/0/1, based on weigth). All material/cement ratio 1:2.75 a weight basis. As curing accelerators, Al2(SO4)3 Na2SiO3 used 1.5% 3.5%, weight, respectively. MOR values ranged from 0.8 10.99 MPa MOE 254 2979 MPa. mean WA TS after 24 h soaking cemen particleboards 28% 43.5% 1.3% 8.08%,
