摘要: In order to provide data that may help explain the relationship between production of extended spectrum betalactamases and fluorquinolone resistance in Klebsiella pneumoniae, we have developed an vitro model of exposure sub-inhibitory concentrations various fluorquinolones (ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin moxifloxacin) in two strains, one which is a producer of extended spectrum betalactamases (ESBL). Our show mutants with reduced fluorquinolone susceptibility appear both cases, but they appear earlier ESBL-producing strains (13.3 days versus 14.4 days), especially following exposure ciprofloxacin (12.5 versus 14.9 for and 14.2 moxifloxacin). Therefore, our the greater fluorquinolone resistance confirm the need administer correct doses fluoroquinolones, especially case ciprofloxacin, to prevent emergence resistant mutants. This particularly important if strain ESBL-produ
