摘要: Prior information about the average dielectric properties of breast tissue can be implemented in microwave imaging techniques to improve results. Rapidly providing this relies on acquiring a limited number measurements and processing these measurement with efficient algorithms. Previously, systems were developed measure transmission signals through tissue, simplifications applied estimate properties. These methods provided reasonable estimates, but they sensitive multipath. In paper, new technique analyze tissues while addressing multipath is presented. Three steps are used process measurements. First, effects removed. cases where present, multiple peaks observed time domain. A Tukey window was time-gate single peak and, therefore, select path breast. Second, antenna response deconvolved from coefficient isolate interior. The determined simulations. Finally, complex permittivity estimated using an iterative approach. This validated simulated physical homogeneous models tested results taken recent patient study.
