摘要: Highly fluorescent latex microspheres have a diameter of less than five hundred angstroms and more thousand markers per sphere. The are prepared by reacting an acrylic bead with diamine amine at elevated pH to attach spacer arm marker, respectively, the transacylation ester terminations on surface bead. A protein such as avidin or immunoglobulin may then be conjugated arm. single microsphere is visible using standard microscopy. Therefore utilitzed not only visualize cell antigens but also DNA encoding for genes, means biotinylated probe.
