摘要: The lamina densa of normal human epidermis was exposed by treatment with 1 M sodium chloride and examined high-power scanning electron microscopy before after trypsinization. Localization type IV collagen in the also studied transmission immunoelectron microscopy. Before trypsinization, surface consisted microridges microvalleys. varied height were connected each other. They arranged a concentric fashion around tips dermal microprojections. At higher magnification, composed densely packed cobblestone-like structures approximately 7-15 nm size, between which interspaces 4-11 mn wide, These expressed collagen. After found to be microfilaments 10 thick showing beaded appearances. exhibited same as surface. Observation torn demonstrated anchoring fibrils oxytalan fibers that attached itself. Another kind filament about 7 nm linked fibers. Beneath network 40-50 nm thick, possibly elaunin In Conclusion, this study revealed detailed ultrastructure epidermal its underlying filamentous elements.
