摘要: Abstract Series arrangement of polar and non-polar liquid stationary phases (30 cm 10% SP-1000 on 80–1000-mesh Chromosorb W DMCS, followed by 350 OV-1 the same support) were used for complete resolution trihalomethanes CHL 3 , CHBrCl 2 CHBr Cl formed in drinking water facilities action chlorine as a disinfectant. Other halocarbons (CCl = CH CHCl CCl 4 ) not during chlorination but coming from polluted sources, which interfere analysis due to peak overlap, can be separated with column arrangement, are eluted order listed. Homogeneously mixed columns similar polar-non-polar phase ratios also tested showed lower resolving powers required more complex preparation method. A headspace extraction technique 63 Ni electron-capture detector quantitation. With proper temperature programming column, gas chromatographic could completed within 30 min, making this suitable rapid screening large numbers samples different supplies monitor quality community water. Lack interferences between halocarbon peaks those commonly liquid-liquid solvents ( n -pentane, -hexane, isooctane) makes proposed exchange based trihalomethane techniques.
