摘要: This paper addresses the effectiveness of processes involved in business administration proprammes for managers Iran. It aims to understand foundation appropriate and explore their views perceptions relation skills knowledge required them.The methodology employed consists survey questionnaire fieldwork involving semi‐structured interviews as main sources qualitative quantitative data. The respondents were current participants programs at Payame Noor University. study tested validity relevance “integrated model” managerial order identify categories knowledge, namely task, people, self‐related skills. results showed that a combination these enables work more effectively. However, there seems be gap between what is offered actually need. Also it was discovered Iran tend place emphasis on importance task self‐development rather than people‐related ones.
