摘要: Recombinant insulin Lisargine is a new type of insulin. In this study, we aimed to compare its pharmacodynamic (PD) and pharmacokinetic (PK) with Lantus. The PD test was performed by exploring the effect single administration on blood glucose normal rats STZ-induced diabetic rats, multiple administrations rats. Further tests include receptor affinity test, autophosphorylation adipocyte uptake test. Four IU 8 IU per dog used for PK measured area under curve (AUC) calculated. With injection, 1.5 IU/kg had significant hypoglycemic effects at 1 2 h, similar that 5 IU/kg 10 IU/kg lowered 1, 2, 4 & 6 h significantly. injections, Lantus 6 h, 2.5 IU/kg, 5 IU/kg, 2 4 h significantly, compared vehicle. There no difference between healthy Beagle dogs very similar. This animal study demonstrated were similar, suggesting bioequivalence these products.
