摘要: Abstract In this work, a new rapid method for the determination of 135 pesticide residues in green and black dry tea leaves stalks employing gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS/MS) with triple quadrupole was developed validated. A substantial simplification sample processing prior quantification step achieved: after addition water homogenised sample, transfer analytes into an acetonitrile layer aided by inorganic salts. Bulk co-extracts, contained crude organic extract obtained partition, were subsequently removed liquid–liquid extraction using hexane assistance added 20% (w/w) aqueous NaCl solution. The importance matrix hydration achieving good recoveries demonstrated on samples incurred residues. For most analytes, acceptable range 70–120% repeatabilities (relative standard deviations, RSDs) ≤20% achieved both matrices at spiking levels 0.01, 0.1 1 mg kg−1. Under optimised GC–MS/MS conditions, gave lowest calibration level ≤0.01 mg kg−1, permitting control maximum residue (MRLs) laid down Regulation (EC) No 396/2005. successfully applied real samples.
