摘要: According to Babcock's theory of the solar dynamo, bipolar active regions are Ω-shaped loops emerging from a toroidal field located near base convection zone. In this paper, mean model for evolution twisted Ω-loop is developed. The describes coupled magnetic in zone and corona after loop has fully emerged into atmosphere. Such required understand what happens coronal subsurface fields as flux cancels at polarity inversion lines on photosphere. jump conditions photosphere derived stress balance between corona. reproduces observed spreading region over surface. At lines, submerges below photosphere, but component along line cannot submerge, because upper nearly radial. Therefore, shear builds up above line, which eventually leads loss equilibrium "lift-off" rope. Fields that submerge transported back zone, leading repair Following Martens Zwaan, interactions bipoles also considered.
