摘要: We herein discuss the roles of mobilized Ca2+ in cytosol relation to activities ionic channels such as Ca2+-dependent K+ and Cl−channels activated by cytosol. The increase cytosolic concentration vascular smooth muscle cells seems not be homogeneous, may act differently on contractile proteins, indicating temporal spatial differences site release into cytosol; this phenomenon causally related distribution sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicles. It is clear that mechanisms both Ca2+-induced Ca2+release (CICR) InsP3-induced (IICR) play essential regulating mechanical responses Ca2+dependent ion channels; however, a mutual between CICR IICR activity has yet proved. Furthermore, causal -dependent Cl− or these free Ca2+concentration ([Ca2+]i) clear; nor it whether changes leading spontaneous oscillatory outward currents inward Cl−currents induced [Ca2+]i have physiological significance. resolution problems lead us toward new concept role function cells.
