摘要: A baculovirus expression vector (AcNPV3) derived from the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of Autographa californica (AcNPV) was prepared containing complete coding region nucleoprotein (N) gene rabies (Gif-sur-Yvette clone CVS strain). The placed under control AcNPV polyhedrin promoter and expressed to high levels (66 mg N protein/liter 2 x 10(9) cells) by recombinant using a Spodoptera frugiperda cell line. Using available antisera, it established that antigenic characteristics protein were similar comparison with those native virus. Characterization that, like mammalian cell-grown virus, phosphorylated. induced antibodies in mice reacted strongly viral protein. recovered insect cells differential centrifugation followed ion exchange chromatography. represents source authentic suitable for diagnosis as well structural studies.
