摘要: Policymakers have several options to accelerate siting for new generation and transmission needs. They should optimize the existing grid infrastructure, employ ‘Smart from Start’ criteria, improve interagency, federal-state, interstate coordination, work with landowners develop options—including compensation—for private lands, refine process support offshore wind developments.
