摘要: In this paper we address the optimization of tactical planning for Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry using an MILP model. Shelf-life restrictions are introduced into model to prevent unnecessary waste and missed sales. Three methods implementing shelf-life restriction compared. direct method age each product is tracked. While can provide optimal solutions, it computationally inefficient. indirect method, products forced leave inventory at end their shelf-life. For supply chains consisting two or more storage echelons cannot guarantee optimality. Nevertheless, solutions obtained with were always within a few percent Moreover, on average, computational time was reduced by factor 32 when instead method. Finally, hybrid models directly in first stage, while considering indirectly second stage. The obtains near-optimal and, than 5 times compared Cases up 25 SKUs optimized 100 1000
