摘要: Nosocomial bacterial infection is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in neonatal special care units. Numerous prospective cross-sectional studies have investigated the prevalence nosocomial paediatric infections factors causing high rates. Studies North America [1, 2] Europe [3] shown rates ranging from 10 to 30% all admissions. In addition, outbreaks involving specific pathogens may higher over limited time. many cases infection, particularly those due gram-negative bacteria, problem increased by antibiotic-resistant pathogens, leading treatment failures or use antimicrobial agents with narrow efficacy/toxicity ratios infants.
