摘要: Enterprise Resource Based View (RBV) provides theoretical basis for research of sustainable competitive advantage IT resources. This paper analyzed the relationship between resources and sustained enterprises, choices clustering index. fuzzy model has been constructed. The Fuzzy C-Mean Clustering (FCM) algorithm based on rough set theory improved. Finally, feasibility effectiveness method proved by examples.
