Dielectric properties of zinc doped nanocrystalline calcium copper titanate synthesized by different approach

摘要: Abstract Zinc doped calcium copper titanate, CaCu 2.90 Zn 0.10 Ti 4 O 12 (CCZTO), nanocrystalline electro-ceramics synthesized by solution-wet route (SR) as well semi-wet using citric acid (SWR1) and glycine (SWR2) separately, were characterized TGA/DTA, XRD, TEM, SEM EDX techniques. The crystallite sizes of the ceramics obtained XRD found to be in range 45–90 nm is good agreement with those observed TEM analysis. grain for SWR1, SWR2 SR 10–15 μm, 1–4 μm, 2–4 μm, respectively. Thermal studies show that single phase CCZTO ceramic was formed step combustion reaction while case SWR1 multistep reactions. shows more effective solid state formation at much lower sintering temperature. exhibits higher dielectric constant ( ɛ r  ∼ 4317) than room
