摘要: Anal fistula and haemorrhoids are two of the most common anal conditions encountered by surgeons worldwide. While advancement in science technology has improved outcomes various medical surgical fields, its effectiveness field proctology remained debatable. Lay-open fistulotomy excisional haemorrhoidectomy still frequently performed for these currently. This article aims to evaluate efficacy scientific technological innovations that were designed with specific intention improve management haemorrhoids.
