摘要: Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are a diverse set of technological tools resources used for creating, storing, managing communicating information. For educational purposes, ICTs can be to support teaching learning as well research activities including collaborative inquiring. One the main applications in higher education is based on these new technologies. This concentrated obstacles, facilitators, risks using education. The purpose this answer question: which fields what extent there facilitators ICT at university level? was conducted National University Iran, second largest country. population consists academics students.
