摘要: The reaction of formic acid on the (100) surface yttria-stabilized zirconia was studied using temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) and high-resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (HREELS). Formic absorbed molecularly at temperatures below 200 K dissociated upon heating to room temperature produce formate an hydroxyl. Dehydration CO primary pathway for decomposition formates. In addition dehydration pathway, a fraction adsorbed formates underwent dehydrogenation 2 . Formaldehyde also detected as minor product
