摘要: Abstract In this study, the presence of fourteen Fusarium mycotoxins, legislated by European Union – deoxynivalenol, zearalenone, HT-2 and T-2 toxins (EC/1881/2006; 2013/165/EU), or non-legislated (five trichothecens five “emerging” mycotoxins), was evaluated in 31 whole unprocessed wheat samples 35 white flour from different areas Romania. For purpose, a validated multi-mycotoxins liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method applied. Seventy three percent analyzed contained at least one mycotoxin. The highest occurrence for enniatin B, 71% being positive (21–407 μg kg−1). Regarding deoxynivalenol detected 14% (111–1787 μg kg−1) samples, while zearalenone 9% (51–1135 μg kg−1). Only sample neosolaniol. Concerning co-occurrence, 42% were contaminated with two to most frequent binary tertiary combinations enniatins. This is first study applied Romanian grains using high sensitive method, which included also mycotoxins.
