Using data from the Avon Longitudinal Study Parents and Children (ALSPAC) UK (N = 2,869), Nord-Trondelag health study (HUNT) Norway (N = 15,493), Pelotas 1982 Birth Cohort Brazil (N = 2,626), Swedish Sibling Health (N = 258 sibling pairs), we compared associations maternal smoking mother’s partner’s with depression performed a discordant analysis.
