摘要: Abstract Infrared absorption and reflectance spectra as well Raman scattering of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7− x have been measured at temperatures above below the critical point. The results are compared to those obtained for pure substrates. vibrational properties polymeric copper-oxygen system discussed in terms factor group analysis tetragonal orthorhombic structure unit cell. role librational-rotational modes superconduction transition is discussed. mechanism superconductivity on proposed based electron-libron coupling.
