摘要: Lung cancer is considered a kind of malignant tumors the world highest incidence. As it not sensitive to chemotherapy and easy produce drug resistance, improving effect anticancer becomes research focus recent years. siRNA, small interfering RNA, can silence complemenary mRNA which gene therapy. Target peptides are molecular specifically bind tumor surface materials. When used with target increase accumulation siRNA in cells enhance silencing effect. result, resistance lung reduced therapy be improved. This method provides new direction strategy for targeted cancer. article will make brief overview applying dilivery treatment. DOI: 10.3779/j.issn.1009-3419.2014.09.06
