摘要: Mammalian skin is composed of three layers, the epidermis, dermis, and subcutis, which primarily adipose tissue. The dermal tissues are involved simultaneously when partial full-thickness burns occur, often induce scar formation. However, little known about role dermis tissue injury in formation or difference fibrogenesis between two tissues. In this study with female red Duroc pigs, we created flaps a plane deeper an on back. We compared extent by observing deposition extracellular matrix as well characteristics cells injured area. level injury, that was characterized more less apoptotic myofibroblasts area observed. Our results suggest does not correlate at tissue, might serve to alleviate fibrogenesis.
