摘要: Artificial reefs have been deployed in France since 1968 with the principal objective of enhancing success and continuity artisanal fishing. Over 50 % volume reef material has 2000. Because significant expansion construction availability new research results concerning their performance late 1990s, we examined status trends French artificial reefs. Since review Barnabe et al. (Artificial European seas, 2000), 35 reports published are analyzed here. Fish assemblages on focus ecological research, emphasis species richness abundance. production associated age reef’s structural complexity. The perception stakeholders toward is a notable area investigation. Economic studies absent. Other developments over last 10–15 years include discontinued use waste materials construction, more directed design structure, inclusion additional objectives biodiversity recreation. Recommendations here development long-term evaluation fishery production, including issues such as trophic dynamics, connectivity habitats, socio-economic studies.
