摘要: This paper demonstrated the selective determination of folic acid (FA) in presence important physiological interferents, ascorbic (AA) and uric (UA) at pH using electropolymerized film 5-amino-2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (p-AMT) modified glassy carbon (GC) electrode. Bare GC electrode fails to determine concentration FA AA UA due surface fouling caused by oxidized products FA. However, p-AMT not only separates voltammetric signals AA, with potential differences 170 410 mV between AA-UA UA-FA, respectively but also shows higher oxidation current for these analytes. The displays an excellent selectivity towards even 200-fold 100-fold UA. Using amperometric method, we achieved lowest detection 75 nM 100 each response was increased linearly increasing range 1.0 x 10(-7) -8.0 10(-4) M limit found be 2.3 10(-10) (S/N = 3). practical application present successfully determining human blood serum samples.
